WOD Manager doesn't touch your money. We use Stripe Connect in technical-platform mode, which means your box has its own connected Stripe account, and the money from each charge goes straight to your IBAN. We only charge the monthly WOD Manager subscription — no commission on your revenue.
Members enter their card once and from then on Stripe charges automatically each month. If a charge fails (expired card, balance), Stripe retries 3 times with dunning logic and emails the member to update the card. You only hear about it when the member truly defaults.
