From January 2027, every invoice issued in Spain must comply with VERI*FACTU: signed, chained and with an AEAT verification QR. WOD Manager already has the full integration ready — when the date arrives, you're already in without last-minute migrations.
Every charge a member makes (monthly, drop-in, pack, one-off) automatically triggers an invoice with your numbering, your fiscal data, the correct VAT per tariff and the concept detail. The invoice is saved as PDF + AEAT XML and the member gets it in their app. No external accountant needed.
For boxes outside Spain: in Colombia we do DIAN e-invoice, and in the rest of the world we issue professional receipts in the local currency.
